My Shop
I run a very small grooming shop in the heart of Stanley Park in Kitchener. My name is Trish Austin and I am a Certified Master Groomer. I have an extreme love for animals and enjoy many aspects of pet ownership such as grooming, showing and educating. I spend many weekends away at dog shows and through 20 years of hands on, I have learned and utilized many skills that I often pass on to owners as well.
MyPhilosophy
I believe in providing as much of a stress free atmosphere for both your pet AND myself. I make no mistake in thinking that dogs enjoy the grooming process; it is not what their day to day schedule entails, nor do they enjoy being told that they have to stand still for being bathed or having a brush out! I promise to do my best to make the process as quick as possible without sacrificing quality. I will give each dog proper individual care as well as many breaks to keep the process tolerable if not stress free. I NEVER sedate animals (holisticly or otherwise).
